Payment Timing

Base fee: the first payment is charged immediately when you apply, and the following month’s fee is charged automatically on each monthly Renewal Date thereafter.

Hour Packs: charged immediately at the time of purchase.

Additional concurrent streaming slots: when a slot is added, the first fee for the period from the day of addition to the day before the next Renewal Date is charged immediately. From then on, the base fee and the additional slot fees are combined, and the following month’s fees are charged automatically on each monthly Renewal Date.

The timing of the actual debit from your account depends on the rules of your credit card company and the terms of your contract with it.

Renewal Date

The day of each month corresponding to your contract date is your Renewal Date. In months with no corresponding day, the last day of that month is the Renewal Date.

Examples:

• Contract made on October 5: October 5 (first payment), November 5 (second payment)
• Contract made on October 31: October 31 (first payment), November 30 (second payment)

Service Availability

In principle, the Service can be used immediately after payment is completed. Hour Packs and additional concurrent streaming slots can also be used immediately after payment is completed. Depending on system processing, it may take a few seconds before use begins.

Contract Term

The contract term is one month from your contract date (until the day before the first Renewal Date), and the contract renews automatically every month thereafter.

Unless the cancellation procedure is completed by the day before the next Renewal Date, the Service Agreement is automatically renewed for one month on the same terms, and the following month’s base fee is charged automatically on the Renewal Date.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time within the Service or by the method designated by the Operator. If you complete the cancellation procedure by the day before the next renewal, the contract ends on that Renewal Date. If you complete it after that deadline, the contract is renewed for one month and the next month’s base fee is charged. The same applies to cancelling additional concurrent streaming slots.

Even if you cancel during the contract term, fees already paid are not refunded except where a refund is required by law. When the contract ends, unused streaming time from Hour Packs expires.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the Service, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for the customer’s own reasons after the purchase procedure is complete.

However, this does not apply where a refund is required by law.

The Service is provided by mail-order sale and is not subject to cooling-off under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Hour Packs are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Unused streaming time past the validity period expires and is not refunded.

Operating Environment

Using the Service requires an internet connection and a browser and device recommended by the Operator.

Representations and Service Content

The Service provides an AI live streaming support system and does not guarantee revenue, viewer numbers, streaming results, or any other outcomes from live streaming.

Even when the AI Face Swap Feature is used, conversion may not work correctly depending on lighting, network conditions, the streamer’s movements, and other factors, and the Service does not guarantee identity confidentiality or anonymity, or that the streamer’s face or identity will never be revealed.

Eligibility

The Service is available to both corporate and individual customers. However, individual customers must be 18 years of age or older.
